The Swatch — Feel the Dream before you touch it


Before you commit to a dress, you can feel it. The swatch is a sample of the chapter's fabric — sent to your door with four lines from the chapter's story. It is the brand's way of saying: be certain before the dress is made for you.

What the swatch is not

The swatch is not a trial of the dress. It is a sample of the fabric only. The silhouette, the cut, the drape, the heartbeat line — these are not represented in the swatch. The swatch answers one question only: does this fabric feel right for where I am right now?

The refund process

To claim your swatch refund: return the fabric sample (not the card — the card is yours to keep) in any envelope to our address within 60 days of your request date. Email us at hello@maisondvine.com with your order number and the words: Swatch return — refund requested. The ₹500 will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

 

If you decide to order the dress — the ₹500 swatch cost is not deducted from the dress price. The swatch and the dress are separate transactions. The swatch is the cost of certainty. The dress is the chapter.
