Return & Exchange Policy

Because every dress is made specifically for the woman who orders it, our returns policy is different from standard retail. We ask that you read this carefully before placing your order — and that you consider requesting a swatch first if you are uncertain about the fabric.

What we do not accept

Change of mind returns are not accepted. A dress that has been made for you specifically — from a chapter chosen, a size confirmed, a window honoured — cannot be returned because you changed your mind after receiving it. The made-to-order model means the dress was made for no one else. Returning it creates waste that goes against everything this brand stands for.

 

Fit returns are not accepted where the item was made to the size specifications provided at the time of order. We provide a detailed sizing guide. Please measure carefully before ordering. The swatch programme exists precisely to help you feel confident before committing.

 

What we do accept

Manufacturing defects. If your dress arrives with a defect — a broken seam, a misaligned stitch, damaged fabric — we will replace it at no cost in the next production window. Photograph the defect clearly and contact us within 5 days of delivery.

 

Wrong item delivered. If you receive a dress from a different chapter than the one you ordered, contact us immediately. We will dispatch the correct dress in the next production window and arrange return of the incorrect item at our cost.

 

Damaged in transit. If the dress is damaged during shipping — not through wear, not through handling after delivery — we will replace it. See the delivery policy for the process.

 

Exchanges
  • Size exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis if the original size was made
  • incorrectly relative to the specifications provided. To request a size exchange,
  • contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number, the size ordered, the
  • size received, and your measurements. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

 

Exchanges are fulfilled in the next available production window. There may be a gap of up to 26 days between your exchange request and receiving the replacement.

 

Why this policy exists
The swatch programme — Feel the Dream, ₹500 refundable — exists because we understand that buying a dress online without touching the fabric is an act of trust. We built the swatch specifically so you do not have to make that act of trust blindly. Please use it. A dress made for you and returned by you is a chapter that found no one.
