Every Maison D'vine dress is made after you order it. There is no stock. There is no warehouse. The dress that arrives at your door did not exist before you chose it. This is the most important thing to understand about this brand before placing an order.

What made to order means in practice

The dress is made specifically for your order. Your size, your chosen colour variant, your chapter — all of these are incorporated into production after your order is confirmed. No two production runs are identical because no two order combinations are identical.

 

Production begins after the window closes. Your order is held during the open window, confirmed at window close, and production begins within 24 hours of window close. The production timeline is 7 days from window close to dispatch.

 

The dress cannot be rushed. The 7-day production timeline is not a buffer — it is the actual time required to make the dress properly. Rush requests cannot be accommodated. If you need the dress by a specific date, please check the window schedule and ensure the delivery timeline fits before ordering.

Because every dress is made specifically for you after you order it, the brand's return policy is different from standard retail.
