Delivery


Your dress will arrive at your door in 12 to 21 days from the date of your order. This is not a shipping estimate. It is the total time from order to delivery — including the production window and the delivery transit. Every day of it is accounted for.

Delivery across India

Maison D'vine currently delivers across India only. All orders are shipped via a tracked courier service. A tracking number is sent to your registered email address on the day of dispatch. Delivery to metros — Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata — typically takes 3–5 days from dispatch. Delivery to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities may take 5–7 days.

 

Delivery to remote pin codes may take longer. If you are in a remote location and concerned about delivery timelines, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. The charge reflects the actual cost of tracked, insured delivery — it is not a revenue line for the brand. We do not inflate shipping charges.

 

If your order is delayed

If your dress has not arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at the email below with your order number. We will investigate with the courier within 24 hours and provide you with an update. In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will work with you on a resolution — either a replacement in the next window or a full refund.

 

Damaged delivery

If the box or the dress arrives damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the damage before opening further, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. We take responsibility for how the dress arrives at your door. The box, the tissue, the chapter card, the dress — every element of the delivery is the brand's responsibility until it is in your hands.
