Business hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm IST. We do not respond to messages on weekends — not because we do not care, but because the writing that makes this brand what it is requires time without interruption. We will respond first thing Monday.


What to include in your email

For order-related queries: your order number, the chapter name, and a clear description of your question or concern. For sizing questions: your three measurements (bust, waist, hip) and the chapter you are considering. For swatch refunds: your order number and the words Swatch return — refund requested.
