Cancellation

Because every dress is made specifically for the woman who orders it, cancellations are only possible before the buying window closes. Once the window closes and production begins, your order cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation before window close

If you need to cancel your order before the buying window closes, contact us at hello@maisondvine.com with your order number. We will process the cancellation and refund your full payment within 5 business days. No questions asked, no charges applied.

 

The window close date is shown on every chapter page and communicated by email. Please check this date before placing your order if you have any uncertainty.

 

Cancellation after window close

Once the buying window closes, production has begun for all orders placed during that window. Cancellations are not possible after window close. The dress is being made for you specifically and cannot be made for anyone else.

 

If exceptional circumstances arise after window close — a family emergency, a significant life change — please contact us. We will consider each case individually. We are not a faceless corporation. We are a small brand that understands that life is unpredictable. But we cannot guarantee a resolution in all cases.

 

Cancellation and the swatch

A swatch request can be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Once the swatch has been dispatched, the refund process applies — return the fabric sample within 60 days for a full ₹500 refund.
